1. Product introduction

This product is compounded from a variety of imported raw materials (sulfoalkyl polyvinyl alcohol amide SR-(HC2CH)2-CON, oxidant, catalyst) and is a special ultrafiltration membrane cleaning agent. It is mainly used to remove organic matter, oil, sludge, and colloids on the membrane surface. It has a bactericidal effect and a significant cleaning effect. It can increase membrane flux and extend the service life of the membrane.

2. Product Features

1. Suitable for various ultrafiltration membranes. It can be used for backwashing during ultrafiltration membrane operation and for enhanced cleaning of membranes. It is easy to use.

2. This product is a composite cleaning agent. Under the condition of pH <11, it can quickly release atomic oxygen within 0.5-10 minutes to remove organic scale and slime. It can also remove microorganisms and colloids on the membrane by immersion.

3. The stabilizer used in this product can not only kill bacteria, but also is a surfactant, which can remove oil stains.

4. This product does not contain residual chlorine, phosphorus, does not affect emissions, is safely biodegradable, and does not contain toxic or harmful substances.

5. This product can show excellent stability and effectiveness in a large pH range.

3. How to use

1. When used for backwashing, continuous replenishment is used, the dosage is 5-30ppm, and the dosing time is 30-60 seconds.

2. When used for intensive cleaning, the soaking method is used. The soaking time is determined according to the amount of organic matter, algae and slime on the membrane. Finally, it is rinsed with running water. The general dosage is 2000-5000ppm.

4. Packaging and storage

This product is packed in plastic barrels, with a net mass of 25kg±0.2kg. Storage period is one year. If precipitation occurs during this period, it needs to be shaken before use, and the efficacy will remain unchanged.
