The stability of the reverse osmosis system depends on the level of pretreatment of the raw water. However, after a certain period of operation (usually 3-12 months), the reverse osmosis will be polluted to varying degrees. Chemical cleaning is a necessary means to restore the performance of the membrane. Reverse osmosis cleaning agent (alkaline) is a special cleaning agent developed specifically for removing oil, organic matter and biological mucous membranes.
(1) Applicable to all brands of aromatic polyamide membranes and acetate membranes;
(2) It can effectively remove oil, organic matter and biofilm from the membrane surface;
(3) Raise the temperature for better results;

(3) Use concentration
The usual dilution ratio is 10% of the entire cleaning fluid.
(4) Cleaning instructions
(1) Check and clean the water tank, pipelines and security filters, and install new filter elements if necessary;
(2) Inject an appropriate amount of reverse osmosis produced water into the cleaning box;
(3) Slowly add the calculated dosage, use a clean water pump to circulate and mix the lotion, and measure the pH; if it is too low, add an appropriate amount of NaOH.
(4) Circular cleaning, the time depends on the severity of the pollution, generally 1-10 hours, if the time is long, it can be soaked for a certain period of time and then recycled. During the cleaning process, take samples to observe the cleaning effect, that is, the turbidity of the liquid, color changes, and the presence or absence of floc, etc.
(5) If the contamination is serious, sometimes it is necessary to completely drain the first batch of cleaning fluid to prevent redeposition of contaminants; then prepare the cleaning fluid again.
(6) During the circulation process, appropriately increasing the temperature will help with the cleaning effect, but do not exceed the specified temperature. Note that continuous circulation of the material liquid will cause the temperature to gradually increase.
