(1) Equipment usage:

Spray scrubber is a commonly used purification equipment in waste gas treatment projects. The purification tower has two products: "vertical" and "horizontal". This product is widely used in nitrogen oxides, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, ammonia, sulfuric acid mist, chromic acid mist, and hydrogen cyanide gas generated in chemical, electroplating, hardware, aluminum, electrical appliances, medicine, printing and dyeing, and other mechanical processing industries. Purification of water-soluble toxic and harmful gases; it can also be used for deodorization of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, phenolphosgene, formaldehyde, methanol, amines and other odorous substances.

(2) Working principle of spray tower:

The gas is pressed into or sucked into the air inlet section by the centrifugal fan, and then flows to the packing layer to contact and react with the spray liquid. According to various indicators such as the gas purification situation, the second-stage packing and spray device can be installed, and the treated and purified gas is discharged through the demister. The scrubber has a purification efficiency of up to 95%, low resistance loss and low energy consumption, stable and reliable operation and a wide range of applications. The scrubber consists of a tower body, a tower plate, a reboiler and a condenser. During use, the reboiler is generally heated by steam, and the condenser is heat-conducted by circulating water. Before use, a balance should be established, that is, the purer product components are introduced and the evaporation and reflux are adjusted with steam and condensed water, so that a certain thickness of liquid can be accumulated on the tower plate, and when the mixed gas components are introduced, it can quickly play a washing role. During use, several key points such as one liquid level, two temperatures and two pressure differences should be controlled. That is, the scrubber liquid level, gas inlet temperature, tower top temperature, tower pressure difference (the difference between the scrubber inlet pressure and the tower top pressure), and condenser pressure difference (the difference between the tower top and condenser outlet pressure). Generally speaking, the higher the gas inlet temperature, the better, to prevent impurities from solidifying or liquefying and not being able to enter the scrubber, but it should not be too high to prevent the system from being difficult to control due to excessive temperature. While controlling the temperature, the gas flow rate must also be guaranteed, that is, the inlet pressure should not be too small so that dust can enter the scrubber.

After the mixed gas is passed into the scrubber, part of the gas will condense into liquid and remain in the tower still. Adjust the temperature of the reboiler to make the liquid evaporate upward, and then adjust the condenser to make the liquid flow back to the tray to form a balance. Since there is a certain thickness of liquid on the tray, there will be a certain pressure difference between the scrubber towers. When adjusting the reboiler and condenser, the pressure difference should be kept constant as much as possible to form a balance. When adjusting the temperature at the top of the tower, the temperature should be prevented from being too high, which may cause the impurities to vaporize or sublimate into gases and thus prevent the washing function. However, the condensation temperature should not be too low to prevent the product liquid from accumulating in the condenser and affecting its use. While paying attention to the above points, you should also pay attention to using the reboiler to adjust the liquid level of the washing tower. In order to prevent the impurity concentration in the tower still liquid from being too high and causing precipitation, it should be allowed to rise slowly.

Equipment materials can be selected: fiberglass, PPH board, PVC board, stainless steel 316L, etc.

(3) Structural form:

This equipment is divided into single tower and double tower. The equipment is specifically composed of liquid storage tank, tower body, air inlet section, spray layer, packing layer, swirl demisting layer, air outlet cone cap, inspection hole, etc.

Features:

1. Novel structure: changing the conventional contact mode of gas-liquid two-phase cross-flow bubbling;

2. Large air volume: 50% larger than the sieve tray and valve tread plate;

3. Small pressure drop: 16% smaller than conventional absorption tower;

4. High purification efficiency: The efficiency of conventional absorption towers is about 70%, while the absorption efficiency of the new vertical sieve tower is more than 85%;

5. Great flexibility: the spray tower layers can be increased or decreased according to different exhaust gas sources.
