Waste Gas Treatment Equipment: Bag dust removal equipment
(1 Overview
Bag dust collector is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth or non-textile felt, and uses the filtration effect of the fiber fabric to filter the dust-containing gas. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag dust collector, the dust with large particles and heavy specific gravity will be removed due to gravity. It will settle down and fall into the ash hopper. When the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, the dust is blocked, thus the gas can be purified.
(2) Technical principles
The bag dust removal equipment uses a combination of inertial dust collector and bag dust collector, which has the function of secondary dust collection. The dust-containing gas first enters the pre-dust collection chamber and encounters the obstacles set, forcing the dust-containing airflow direction to change sharply. The coarse dust particles change their original movement direction due to the obstacles, and part of them fall into the ash hopper. The rest enters the filter chamber equipped with filter bags with the air flow. The dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean air passes through the filter bag and is discharged through the upper clean air chamber, exhaust duct, and fan.
(3) Performance advantages
High dust removal efficiency, up to 99%
Wide range of air volume handling
Simple structure, easy maintenance and operation
Can operate at high temperature above 200℃
Not affected by dust and resistance
(4) Scope of application
Bag dust collectors have been successfully used to control smoke and dust emissions in metallurgy, cement, electric power and other industries. In terms of unit smoke and dust treatment costs, it undoubtedly occupies economic and technical advantages, and is the preferred dust removal method in industries such as steel, cement, electricity, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.
