[Separation Equipment] WQF Shallow Air Floatation
(1)Working principle:
Shallow air flotation is a comprehensive and rapid air flotation system, which successfully applies the "shallow theory" and "zero speed" principle on the basis of traditional air flotation theory. The main body of the equipment is composed of a pool body, a rotating water distribution mechanism, a dissolved gas release mechanism, a frame mechanism, and a water collection mechanism. The inlet, outlet, and scum discharge are all concentrated within the pool area, and the water distribution mechanism, collection mechanism, and dissolved gas release mechanism are tightly connected to the frame and rotate around the center of the pool.
Efficient shallow air flotation enters the mixing reactor with raw water, and coagulants and flocculants are added to the pipeline mixing reactor to form separable flocculants. The small bubbles (with a diameter range of 5-10um) released by the dissolved gas release mechanism are mixed. These tiny bubbles adhere to the flocs in the sewage, forming an air flotation body with a specific gravity smaller than water. The air floating body rises to the water surface and condenses into floating oil (or slag), which is scraped to the oil (slag) collection tank by an oil scraper (slag) machine.

The removal of algae and turbidity from black and odorous water bodies in rivers and landscape water.
Domestic sewage pretreatment and sludge concentration.
Paper white water pulp recycling and water reuse.
Removal of chromaticity and impurities from printing and dyeing wastewater.

(3) Technical advantages
High purification degree, with a suspended solids removal rate of over 98%
The equipment is lightweight, compact in appearance, easy to transport and install, and has low power consumption.
Short stay time, only 3-5 minutes, high efficiency.
High surface load and high purification capacity.
The principle of "zero speed" is applied, and the forced distribution and inflow and outflow of water are both static. Due to the smaller disturbance to the flocs in the water, the floating slag is instantly removed, resulting in higher stability.
The "shallow pool theory" was applied, with an effective pool depth of only 730mm and a small footprint.
The processing effect is stable, and the electromechanical instrument achieves integrated control.
