[Sludge Dewatering Equipment] Stacked screw sludge dewatering machine
(1) Working principle:
The sludge is transported to the flocculation mixing device through a sludge pump, and a polymer flocculant is injected into the flocculation mixing tank. After stirring the sludge and reacting with the polymer flocculant, alum flowers are formed.
The sludge formed after alum flower is concentrated by gravity in the main concentration section of the screw stack before entering the dewatering section.
The pitch of the spiral axis of the dehydration section gradually decreases along the direction of the mud cake discharge outlet, because the compression of the back pressure plate increases the internal pressure inside the main body, achieving the purpose of dehydration. After dehydration, it is discharged in the form of mud cakes.
It is possible to determine whether a foundation needs to be constructed and the height of the foundation based on the actual height of the equipment that receives the mud cake. Because the dehydrator does not generate vibration during operation, it is not necessary to embed screws. After the goods arrive at the site, they can be fixed with expansion screws.
The sewage outlet of the mixing tank is closed during the operation of the dewatering machine, and only opens when cleaning the mixing tank. The pipeline is connected to the sludge tank.
The electric control cabinet on this dewatering machine is equipped with a control system for one dosing pump and one sludge conveying pump. Please refer to the circuit diagram for wiring.
(2) Technical advantages:
Not clogging, reducing flushing water consumption, saving water costs, and reducing the internal circulation burden caused by backflow of cleaning water.
The integration of the electric control cabinet, flocculation mixing tank, and dewatering main body reduces the footprint and makes installation simple and convenient.
The dewatering machine is basically in a closed operation, and the treatment is stable and timely, reducing the on-site odor to the minimum and improving the working environment for workers.
Realize fully automatic and continuous unmanned operation, reducing the labor intensity of operators.
The spiral shaft operates at a low speed of 3-6 revolutions per minute, with low power consumption and reduced operating costs. There is basically no noise on site. Short daily maintenance time and simple maintenance tasks.
